The 2nd Annual NE Ohio FCA Multi-Sport Camp is june 12, 2025

The 2nd Annual NE Ohio FCA Multi-Sport Camp will be hosted at John Carroll University in Cleveland on Thursday June 12th!

For this year’s wrestling camp, they are very blessed to have two of Ohio’s all-time

greats, 4x NCAA All-American Kollin Moore and 2x College National Champion Olivia

Shore, joining us to serve as our featured clinicians! They are going to run separate boys’

and girls’ camps this year with Kollin leading the boys and Olivia leading the girls! It’s

going to be a great day of high-level wrestling instruction and training combined with

times of prayer, devotion and worship and the campers will get a chance to hear the

faith testimonies of Kollin and Olivia as well!

Camp is open for all girls’ and boys’ grades 6-12 and encourages all wrestlers to join regardless of faith. Lunch and dinner will be served, and all campers will receive an FCA Bible, T-shirt and other cool FCA gear and resources, all for just $75!

Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to have your wrestlers spend time with, learn from

and hear about the athletic experiences and faith journeys of two of our all-time greats

in Ohio wrestling! Join for a great day of wrestling and faith at John Carroll

on June 12th! Registration is now open! OhioQuest is not affiliated with the FCA Camp but acknowledges the value it can provide for your youth. Scan the QR code or visit the link below to

The Rookie Division is for 1st and 2nd year wrestlers only

It has been brought to our attention several times recently that there are wrestlers who are signing up for Rookie that are not in fact rookie wrestlers, which is defined as 1st and 2nd year wrestlers ONLY. Several points to make here:

1.We ask that you keep in mind that the point of the rookie division is to allow beginners to not get essentially “throw to the wolves” by being pitted against veteran wrestlers that they will have no chance against and will likely drive them out of the sport.  In our experience, the parents who wrongly sign their wrestler are usually only thinking about getting their kids more mat time but are blind to affects other wrestlers. Sure, losing is part of the sport and every wrestlers journey, but a fair opportunity to compete is everything. We ask that you please do not take that away from the other kids.

2.If you see something, say something.  There are literally thousands of wrestlers who signup for the rookie division at our tournaments each season.  As you can imagine, it is impossible to research the background of all of these wrestlers, so this is done on the “honor system”.  However, what is possible for us is as a sport to police our own. If you see a wrestler that you know has been competing for more than two years, please bring it to our attention and we will look into the situation and if appropriate, advise that wrestler to move to the open.

Please note that we would need to be notified by 6PM the day before the tournament in order to make changes to the brackets for that specific event.

3. In some cases, your wrestler may be a first- or second-year wrestler, but if your wrestler has gotten a tremendous amount of mat time in that time or maybe just demonstrated an extremely aptitude for the sport (which is a great thing) it may be time to move up to the Open Division.  For instance, if you find that your wrestler is pinning and tech falling their way through brackets multiple weeks in a row, it is likely time to move up.   Thank you to all for your cooperation and efforts in making our great sport as fair as possible!

Ohioquest-BRINGING TOURNAMENTS THE WRESTLING COMMUNITY NEEDS

We run lightning fast and with precision!

Since the dawn of the sport, the open wrestling tournament has been something of a mixed blessing for the wrestling community.  On one hand it represented a great opportunity for wrestlers to develop their skills- on the other hand, usually run by completely "Novice" crews it often turned into a complete disaster.  We've all seen and heard the horror stories- tournaments that lasted until 10 p.m. at night, ridiculously compiled brackets, events that started hours late and were marked by complete chaos.

Enter OhioQuest Wrestling.  Having run nearly 1000 tournaments in 18 years, we have the system down cold.  We will always respect your time and make sure you get the mat time you are looking for.  We run with precision- hitting our marks for our start times like clockwork, and we run FAST.  Gone are the ten hour marathons.   Expect to complete your wrestler's bracket in 90 minutes.  We assume that you have other things to do besides be in a gym all day!
